The delivery was free and on time. The office staff were professional and spoke excellent English. The only minor thing is the car had some mileage on it but it ran perfectly.

Rented for a month for my business trip. The car was delivered to my hotel in Downtown Dubai free of charge. The agent spoke perfect English and explained everything clearly. BMW's cruise control system is very intuitive.

However, the white color got dirty fast with all the sand. Also the infotainment system felt a bit dated compared to newer models. Still, the team was friendly and helpful throughout.

Great car for cruising around Dubai. The 330i handles beautifully on Sheikh Zayed Road. Cruise control made the drive to Abu Dhabi effortless. Interior is clean and well-maintained. The office staff spoke perfect English and helped me with the paperwork in 15 minutes. Paid in USD which was convenient. Only wish the tinting was a bit darker for the Dubai sun.

Not the best experience. The 330i had a weird noise from the engine when accelerating. I called support and they said it's normal but I wasn't convinced. The car was clean at least. The AC was cold. The team was polite but the car condition could be better. For a 2021 model it had quite high mileage. Would try a different car next time.

Nice car but the 2021 model feels a bit dated compared to newer ones. The AC is strong though, and the engine is responsive. Paid in euros without any problem. Would have liked a more thorough cleaning before pickup.
