RPM Rent A Car

SCAMMERS SCAMMER ALERT!! I rented a Ferrari from these guys. When I returned it, one of the wheels had a very small scratch. First they told me the scratch would cost 3000AED to repair. So I asked ChatGPT and it told me it should cost less then 1000AED. So I told him that, and he answers rudely "then let GPT come fix the car". So I asked a garage how much it would cost, they told me 800AED. After I told him that, he said okay then I will charge you 800AED for fixing and 2000AED for a day of rental, even tho the garage I asked told me it takes 2 hours to fix, since the policies state that you can charge for the downtime, but it doesn't mean you can abuse it. So I told him please be nice so I can be a customer again, fix it on a day where it's not rented, you don't rent the car for 365 days, but he wouldn't budge. They threatened litigation so they charged me for a full day of rent on top of the cost of fixing, even tho they can fix it in 2 hours, on a day it's not rented. I even offered to pay him for the drive to the garage and extra tips but he wanted to overcharge me in whatever way possible. Worse than that, they almost made me miss my plane. The day before I told them to come pick it up on time because I had a flight, they came an hour late and I almost missed my flight. I even gave them a big tip when they first delivered the car and they still treated me like shit. BE CAREFUL OF THESE GUYS, EVEN DURING THE INSPECTION THEY MAKE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTING THE PREVIOUS DAMAGES, SO THEY CAN BLAME YOU FOR ANY OLD DAMAGE TO THE CAR. TRUST ME THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD CAR RENTAL COMPANIES IN DUBAI LIKE CARLUX365 THAT TREAT YOU SO MUCH BETTER.
