Very disappointed with xRental’s service. After returning the car, the company refused to refund my deposit, claiming there was a scratch at the very bottom of the bumper—an area that is nearly impossible to notice during a regular inspection. It feels like they are deliberately looking for any excuse to keep the deposit. Be cautious, inspect the car thoroughly before renting, and better yet, record a video. Extremely unpleasant experience—I do not recommend this company.
